Placy's leveling up from R&D to closed alpha! We just welcomed the first dozen external users—our friends—to chat with her, testing areas:

- Onboarding and Profiling: Placy should decode your real estate needs with a human touch

- Tone of Voice/Terminology: She's friendly and professional, speaking English, Greek, and Russian, just like a local real estate pro (and 50+ languages at an okayish level)

- Market Insights: Placy should know the Cyprus' property market, ready to compare prices vs locations and offer insights

- Relevant Listings: If she finds listings that really match your criteria, the test is passed

Key Focus of this early stage: building a social bond. Placy should become a companion. So, the KPIs: retention on day 1, day 3, and day 7—yep, just like in gaming 🎮
