Natural conversation vs buttons-n-commandsI spot 3 schools of UX thought:

1️) Assistants of the future won't need buttons to work. Just talk to them like you would with anyone else (current Placy MVP UX). Want to give feedback? Just say, “Placy, tell your experts...” and boom, the support team got your message. This school is about social/personal human like touch

2️) Assistants should use button, controls, and prompt presets (Telegram Copilot UX). This school is about guided workflow and fast navigation. Even the logo/avatar of these AI Assistants is usually some abstract symbol that screams: you're chatting with a rooboot!

3) Hybrid or generative UI (genUI) that is dynamically generated in real time by AI (not applicable to messengers, but still).
